We support the initiative of the UAE Government to integrate the UAE nationals into the financial sector by encouraging them to join us and grow with us. We are also taking active part in career festival organized by Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation to higher emaratis in all financial sectors. We’re providing exceptional training and motivation especially to the Emiratis staff to build their self- confidence in our exchange house industry and helping them in taking up higher responsibilities.
